•Salry;Very AttractiveAssist in the preparation and understanding of the annual budget
• Assist in the preparation and execution of the forecasting process
• Analyse monthly expenses in detail. Investigate and interpret variances against budgets/forecasts and provide analysis of differences. Assist line managers in exploring potential problems
• Work with the production department and the management team to help make financial and business decisions
• Perform cost accounting in the production environment, cost recoveries and implement costing and pricing (where applicable) strategies. Initiate cost-benefit initiatives relating to OB productions and advise on results. Recommend ways of cutting costs
• Produce timely and reliable weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports to Finance and Operations management
• Finalise and provide commentary for month-end figures
• Handle internal queries
• Perform ad-hoc administrative, project and accounting tasks. Work in cross functional teams to deliver projects and business outcomes that work for SuperSport as a whole
• Carry out the necessary research and analyse and conclude on the findings.
• Oversee purchase ordering , goods receipting and invoicing process
• Manage and report on capital expenditure, capital budgets, cash flows and impairments
• Prepare and report on special event budgets
• Assist with implementation of and adherence to policies and system processes.
• Identify, establish and implement process and policy gaps
• Identify systems and/or internal control weaknesses and make recommendations to finance management
