The Consulting business has decided to drive integration and one face to the market through a cross country, cross function industry structure and process. Consulting Clients & Industries is responsible for driving the market positioning and market engagement of the Consulting business.
This responsibility include amongst other things our industry programme, client development programme, signature solution development and digital stakeholder engagement platform. Deloitte is moving towards creating and radically growing an integrated Consulting practice across Sub-Saharan Africa.
A key component of this strategy involves a cross continent industry capability development and client development effort. About the Job As the Africa Clients & Industries Manager role, you will in essence be a part of the creation of the go to market strategy for Consulting into Africa. Active liaison with country and functional leadership Process leadership to the Africa Industries programme Opportunity management and co-ordination Liaison with regional Clients & Industries PMO;s Professional support to the Clients & Industries Leader during the implementation of the Consulting strategy across Africa Driving innovation in the cross continent industries process About You We are looking for an experienced practitioner with at least 5 years of experience in a Consulting or Professional Services environment. You should have B.degree. An MBA will be beneficial. You should be innovative, engaging and a self-starter. You should have been directly involved in market analysis, client engagement and client development programmes. Experience in developing industry specific market positioning will be beneficial. Ability to travel is a must.
