Job Description       
Responsible for facilitating the implementation of TPM in a plant
Key Duties & Responsibilities
·         Facilitate the implementation of TPM in a plant
·         Coordinate and drive TPM Activities and ensure compliance
·         Provide expert advice and coach line and staff in achieving TPM goals
·         Develop TPM Master Plan
·         Provide guidance to Pillars to ensure execution of TPM Master Plan
·         Coordinate annual TPM Training plan in line with Training budget and ensure Level 3 Assessments completion
·         Develop TPM reward and recognition system aimed at motivating TPM implementation
·         Ensure all audit findings are addressed and closed out.
·         Ensure TPM level phases progress is on track
·         Maintain TPM systems – (documentation and record keeping)
Skills, Experience & Education     
·         Minimum education – National Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
·         Ideal education – Bachelors degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
·         At least 5 years Manufacturing / Engineering experience
·         Bottling experience would be an advantage
·         Facilitation and coordination skills are crucial
·         Strong analytical skills and decision making
·         Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
·         Strong computer skills and SAP experience
·         Team co-ordination
