The DMD Division in the Acquisition Department has two vacancies for two Data Capturers.
The purpose of this job is to perform full data capturing and typing, verification, reporting and general admin support in the DMD division.
CRITICAL PERFORMANCE AREAS
Accurately capture high volumes of data from various sources onto the Self support system.
Populate Disposal, Sales, Stock and Warehouse progress information.
Perform general admin task s, photocopying, typing, taking minutes, the distribution of documents, the completion of claims and service request.
Scanning of documents.

EXPERT ABILITY AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Grade 12
- Experienced and proficient in data capturing
- Computer Literacy
- Good typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Investigative skills
- High level of accuracy
- Knowledge of DOD Asset Management systems such as CALMIS and OSIS and of the DOD environment and equipment will be an added advantage.
