Qualifications:

B Comm Degree
Any relevant Tertiary Qualification

Experience:

The candidate must have good general ERP knowledge.
A broad exposure to different modules would be an advantage.
The candidate’s ERP knowledge must include good knowledge of 2 of the following ERP Modules, Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, Inventory Management, MRP, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution.
At least 3-5 years’ experience.
Knowledge of the following software will be an advantage but not required: QAD

Duties:

The role of this function would entail:
a.General user support – including on-site support but mostly from Head Office.
b.Logging and monitoring of user calls and coordinating support calls with the vendor related to application defects
c.Development and on-going maintenance of Training Documentation including workflow
d.Train users
e.Business process improvement
f.Implementation and setup of systems
g.Quality assurance and testing

Additional Opportunities

The job may also entail:
1.Provide input into other related modules – eg., finance, procurement
2.Assistance with the Development of BI Models
3.Assistance with reporting requirements
Travel to Omnia sites may occasionally be required
