Minimum Requirements:
- CA and/or CFP; or any business related Degree
- Minimum 5 years operational management experience with proven experience as a COO in a professional services or financial services organisation / industry
- Regulatory Exams Successfully completed
- Cost Management of support groups : according to Budget
- Client Satisfaction : Increase internal client satisfaction ratings
- Continuous improvement of process and systems
- Identified and addressed the improvement of functionalities
- Optimise systems in Group
