American Building Contractors has become the Installation Administrator for the WORLD'S LARGEST HOME IMPROVEMENT RETAILER and has immediate openings for roofing foremen with experience in low slope, metal, tile, and or shingle roofing systems.
Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing all phases of each roofing project that is assigned by the Production Office. The Foreman is responsible for getting a project built to code, following OSHA standards and making sure the customer is happy.
Ideal Candidate:
Must be punctual
Well organized
Customer service oriented
Be proficient with shingle, tile, metal and/or flat roofing systems
Must have Roofing Foreman/Management experience
Must have dependable full size truck or cargo van with current auto insurance
Must have a ladder and basic tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful but not necessary
Must be able to pass a required background check
