Location: Bloemfontein (REPBLMF)

On Con - Bloemfontein ( Grade 8R )
Applications are invited for the above mentioned position to be based in Bloemfontein. This person will
report to the Regional Sales Manager, Country District.
Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
? Call on formal on-consumption outlets in the Free State
? Building of long term customer/consumer relationships internally and externally
? Ability to identify potential business opportunities and activate successful implementation
? Selling and promoting company’s portfolio of products
? Achieve distribution and promotional targets for the area
? Implement the market segmentation policy
? Control and effective use of ROI and POS material
? Execute all promotions in line with national / regional promotional plan
? Build and maintain relationships with customers, internally and externally
? Maintain budget and other administrative functions
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
? Minimum qualification : Grade 12
? Formal tertiary qualification in Sales and/or Marketing
? 3 years sales experience
? A valid drivers license - Code 08 without endorsements
? Basic computer skills (MS Office suite)
? Strong negotiating skills
? Good Business acumen
? Fully bilingual and willingness to travel and act independently
? A high level of energy as the position involves working long, flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
