JOB PURPOSE
Provide an HR administrative support role to HR Business Partners and line managers in Modernisation & Technology.
DUTIES
Administer HR related queries - Be responsible to handle all human resource enquiries from staff, line supervision and management of the designated divisions regarding administration in respect of employee benefits and industrial relation activities.
Coordination - Co-ordinate and control the administration of all training and development interventions affecting the designated divisions.
Recruitment & Selection
Facilitate recruitment process in consultation with line management within contracted period;
Provide support to HR Consultants regarding all recruitment related activities;
Accurate record keeping of critical vacancy and backfill schedules;
HR file administration (recordkeeping) - ensure that all HR related activities for employees that include salary increases, transfers, grievances and disciplinary offences are accurately filed;
Delivering HR Projects- Plan and execute assigned HR administration related projects to improve HR service delivery in organisation;
Adhoc Assignments - Assistance with special / ad hoc assignments in the human capital department;
Providing Project Support - provide a project support role to HR Business partner to ensure successful execution of HR related project;
Data integrity Management - Ensure that organo-grams and reporting on SAP reflect an accurate status of employees in M&T. This include maintaining HR data to ensure 100% data integrity;
Administering HR requests - Liaise and meet with Regional and Head Office daily regarding queries and processing important HR related files;.

- Ensure accuracy & completeness of all HR related requests and alignment with HRBP and customer requests;
- Conduct Audits - conduct audits(on request)on HR files to ensure 100% files existence and accurate record keeping of HR activities pertaining to employees;
- Documentation - develop a organised and trusted filing system(Paper base & Network) that documents all activities of HR administrator role and effective maintenance of the filing system;
- Relationships - Foster a business relationship with all key stakeholders that include frequent
- engagement;
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Diploma or degree in HR or studying towards a degree in HR and showing a strong interest in HR
- 1 year HR administration experience
- 1 year SAP experience
