Minimum Requirements
- 2 Years operational industry experience Minimum of 1 year’s Experience within the financial industry an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Information systems or study towards such degree
Job Specification
Deliver, in conjunction with the technical team, robust information systems which answer the needs of the business
2. Identifying and translating high level, conceptual user requirements into detailed specification
3. Analyse and document as-is and to-be business and functional processes in line with business and system requirements and restrictions
4. Understand and document business rules,
5. Understand and document business solutions,
6. Gap analysis and identification of solution to rectify gaps
7. Risk mitigation analysis
Understand end to end view of business processes
Diligent application of organisational policies and procedures
Understanding of organisation architecture – Applications, software, servers and network
Researching best practice, industry standards and trends on technology to enhance quality of solutions provided.
Taking ownership of all relevant task and sub task assigned to them Identifying solution tasks, interdependencies and estimation of effort involved as well as of viable and effective alternative solutions
Ensure that solutions provide are Quality control and test to ensure operational stability Engaging with internal and external customers
Regularly ensuring requirements and service levels are being met whilst identifying possible innovations that will add customer value.
Managing risk by scheduling changes appropriately
To ensure healthy working relationship with key stakeholders are maintained
Provide input and assist Problem
Management with root cause or resolution of Incidents Perform client setup Project management understanding
Facilitation skills Problem solving skills Excellent Communication skills
