Position Purpose:

Handling of inbound calls from members, pensioners and stakeholders. Knowledge in relation to Pension Funds in South Africa.


Location:
The above-mentioned position is currently available in the MRFA : Client Contact Centre department at our Momentum Retirement Administrators division/business unit based at our office in Parktown.

The Incumbent will be responsible for:
• Providing prudent guidelines sharing information on all funds under administration in relation to:
1. Pension benefits and retirement fund matters
2. Funds investment related matters
• Interaction with members, ex members, pensioners and third parties on retirement fund related matters via telephone, e-mail, and web-integration for all funds under administration.
• Providing timely, accurate information to members, pensioners and stakeholders of all funds under administration
• Attending workshops and training sessions designed to keep abreast of retirement fund industry

The applicant should meet these requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• A call centre qualification would be an advantage
• Conversant in Afrikaans
• Familiar with more than one South African language
• 2 years experience in the retirement fund industry
• Previous call centre experience in employee benefits
• COP qualification in pension funds / retirement funds I and II
• Knowledge of The SA Pension Fund’s Act
• Must be numerate
