Position Purpose

To provide Human Resource Benefits and system support to the ITS HR department within MMI.


Experience & Qualifications
•A relevant Business qualification, e.g. B.Comm or any other related qualification that pertains to the job.
•Three to 5 years general HR experience in functions like Payroll and Benefits administration, compilations of management information and reporting, recruitment administration etc.

The Incumbent will be responsible for:

HR Benefits and Administration
•Managing all administration pertaining to the relevant HR functions and support to the Departments overall goals.
•Responsible for updating of benefits/policies
•Support staff with regards to people soft system (e.g. performance reviews, self service, management reporting etc)
•Create and coordinate the HR Calendar for all in the department to reach their goals
•General HR support

Manpower Information and Stats
•Reporting on HR Information and Manpower Stats (e.g. EE, Leave, Turnover, Headcount etc).
•Assistance with HR measurements and metrics.

Recruitment Administration
•Verify organogram/hierarchies structure and manpower figures.
•Communicate to Group HR with regards to benefits andadministration.
•Recruitment support function (e.g. support on the compilation and placement of adverts on the e-recruitment system)

Learning and Development Administration & EE
•Assisting with the administrationof training workshops
•Compilation of Workplace Skills Plan / Annual Training reports
•Compilation DOL / BEE reports administration as support to the HR Business Partner

HR Branding and communication
•Updating and managing current HR information on the HR Website (SharePoint)

•Strong thinking abilities in a multi complex, multi faceted environment
•Very well organised with a strong attention to detail;
•Ability and willingness to work under pressure
•Sound administration, planning and coordination skills
•Advanced Computer literacy in MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
•Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
•Strong numerical skills and analytical ability to analyse HR stats; and report on trends.
•Ability to display initiative and a “wanna do” attitude
•Ability to work in a cohesive, motivated and supportive team;
•Well presented and an approachable welcoming attitude for staff members
•Strong ownership and accountability drive
•Sound knowledge and understanding of HR admin support
•Knowledge of MMIGroup Limited businesswould be an advantage
