We are currently recruiting appropriately qualified/experienced candidates who wish to further their career in this exciting new environment
KRA's:
Sales/ Productivity
· Sells OM products or services over the telephone.
· Achievement of sales targets and objectives within tight business disciplines and processes
· Identifying new creative means of achieving sales/campaign goals (within compliance regulations)
· Ensures compliance to process & procedures to minimize business risk
· Keep abreast of new technology and processes being implemented within the area
· Working towards achievement of sales targets within a diverse team
· Quality management of ALL outputs, with the end customer in mind
· Optimal operational efficiencies must be maintained
· Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements
Financial Advice
· Identifies customer financial needs telephonically
· Provides advice to the customer in a call centre environment
· Effectively handles all client queries professionally
· Offering prospective clients access to sound financial planning backed by Old Mutual.
· The provision of qualified financial solutions derived from detailed analysis of clients needs
· Building and maintaining a professional practice according to PFA principles
· The use of appropriate applications and technology to conduct financial planning in a professional, client-centric manner
· Build sustainable long term relationships with clients, by assisting them in achieving their financial goals through planning, advice and guidance
Continuous Learning
· Managing information regarding new products, rate changes, rulings, training updates etc.
· Keep abreast of developments and trends in the Individual Life Industry – self learning
· Ensure commitment to the FAIS F&P qualification requirements
Job Requirements:
· Experience as a financial advisor or sales consultant (in retail insurance) of more than 18 months.
· Minimum qualification of a grade 12 (matric) OR NQF 4 (Financial).
· A strong insurance product sales track record – consistently above desired performance standards and rates of persistency.
· Work experience in a Retail sales call centre will be a distinct advantage
· Have an established/extensive client base with whom you have built a relationship.
· Have accreditation to sell some/all of the core range of OMSA Retail products.
· A CFP or alternative/relevant qualification in financial planning will be a distinct advantage
· Strong level of computer literacy (including Ms Office) to interface with multi-system technology.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a direct environment (telephonically).
· Excellent relationship building skills with clients telephonically.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
