Job Title: Housing Manager

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for assisting HR Services Director in developing, managing, implementing and delivering of housing programs for all caregivers. This includes managing services rental, design and execution of Housing system and utility assistance
. Also, ensuring this position will ensure that all rental regulations are adhered to when it comes to provide housing loan or company accommodation as per the company housing policy and procedures.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Develop, manage and implement housing program.
•Manage and oversight of Housing Team.
•Establish housing strategy and guideline through the main housing policy and procedure for the departmental and origination business strategy; and align with the governmental rental rules and regulations.
•Work proactively with the company accommodations representative and review, answer correspondence. Assist the caregivers in resolving problems and compliance with landlords.
•Responsible to respond to all emergency situations, preparing all necessary reporting & notify HR Services Director.
•Conducting monthly audit of counseling level of services with each property belonging to the company housing staff and financial team for housing loan alignment.
•Ensure the Housing team responds to all caregiver inquires in a timely and courteous manner representative sample cross all line of services provided and delivering methods.
•Ensuring the caregivers received clear communication on and, understanding the housing policy & procedures.
•Assist in budget preparation as well maintaining expenses within budget guidelines.
•Manage corporate and non-corporate housing, services and properties in order to ensure they are delivered and maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
•Keep up to date on the ability to image the external environment to understand best practices, identify opportunities and improve housing strategy.
•Manage tenant relations in order to ensure that tenant’s needs are reasonably met and that tenants comply with the terms and conditions of their lease for the entire CCAD housing
Skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

•Minimum 5 years’ experience work in property management group is required.
•Knowledge of the property value at the current market, analysis and local rental system
•Management of relationship with external stakeholder and agencies.
•Experience in developing and executing strategic plan
•Strong leadership, organizational and decision making skills.
•Knowledge of financial and human resources. Good understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures of the housing management
•Ability to interact with different level of personnel
•Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
•Demonstrated negotiations skills with vendor
•Excellent computer skills with an understanding of spreadsheets, word processing, database software and the Internet
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resource or related field is required.
