The position primarily focuses on reporting and compliance for South Africa, Uganda and Kenya however as the position develops there will be scope to be involved in local tax forecasting and planning and other taxes affecting all African countries. Reporting will focus on US GAAP to cover the quarterly internal reporting while IFRS reporting will focus on the tax for the local statutory accounts. Tax compliance will focus on the preparation of local corporate income tax and VAT returns
