Job Description
Fix My Computer is a rapidly growing IT Company and is now looking to take on an IT Technician for on-site support.
This person must not mind travelling locally, in and around Johannesburg (Mainly Northern Suburbs).
Job Specifications:
- Assist home users and small corporates with comprehensive IT support
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- SA Citizenship Only (No SA Work Permits Accepted)
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable Motor Vehicle (No Motorbikes)
Experience:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting Networks and Servers
- Desktop support and troubleshooting
- Active Directory and Exchange Experience
Responsibilities:
- Travel to clients for all on-site support
- Must be able to adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Must be able to work the necessary flexible hours in order to complete assigned job task
- Some hours may need to be put in over weekends and on public holidays to assist clientele
Remuneration:
- R8000.00 Basic + Commission
- Petrol Allowance
- Cellphone Allowance
Position Type:
- 3 month contract (probation) period in view of going permanent
