Preferably 3 – 5 years hardware experience.

The Role:
- Build and configure new web servers on an array of operating systems and hardware platforms.
- Install cabinets, routers, switches and other datacenter infrastructure equipment.
- Ethernet installations.
- Hardware troubleshooting.
- General data centre maintenance and administration.
- Shift work and after hours standby duties.
Skills and Attributes:
- Demonstrates a passionate belief in the value of Customer Service to the business through principles and past actions/achievements.
- Passionate about computer hardware and networks.
- Has the ability to multi-task in resolving problems that have significant time pressures linked to them.
- Demonstrates the ability at being consistently accurate in general administration
- Has attention to detail
- Shows excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- Can communicate and articulate themselves well.
- Ability to travel and is able to work irregular hours on short notice.
