Position: ISP Helpdesk Agent – Cape Town based
Reporting to: Helpdesk Manager

Overview of the Company: RSAWEB is an established and rapidly expanding Internet Services Provider, specializing in Internet Access & Hosting Solutions. Since inception in 2001, we have built numerous successful relationships with Corporate, SME and home-user customers alike, in local and international markets. We have offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town providing solutions to many of South Africa’s leading companies.

Overview of the role: We require Helpdesk Interns with good Customer service understanding and a desire to learn about technology to work in a dynamic environment. The perfect candidate will be customer centric and technologically curious. This position guarantees to be exciting, interesting and a challenging journey.

Job Requirements:
• Must have excellent Telephonic skills
• Microsoft Outlook support skills
• Understanding of the Internet and how it functions
• Connectivity Support Knowledge (ADSL. Etc).
• Willing to work shifts
• Must have reliable transport

Advantageous:
• Previous/ current IT experience Advantageous
