Organization:Medi-Clinic Southern Africa -
Location: Western Cape
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Functional knowledge of medical aids and clinical coding will be to your advantage
Understanding of the interrelationships between processes
Experience as a nursing professional is an advantage
Basic computer literacy (MS Office and AS400 experience will be to your advantage)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to function independently

- Ensure updated clinical coding
- Assist with case management process as required
- General administration
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Interpretation and implementation of scheme benefit rules
