Junior Quality Assurance Consultant urgently required for outbound sales call centre based in Location:Nandi Drive.
Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 months Quality Assurance experience in a sales call center environment
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Ability to work flexible shifts and alternate Saturdays from 8 am to 12
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Proficient on MS Excel ( able to work on spreadsheets and generate reports)
• Deadline Driven
• Experience on both telco and insurance campaigns advantageous

Job Specification

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Assess all agents according to specific requirements

2 Report on agent and campaign performance with regards to outcomes, results and trends

3. Provide QA briefing or training as required

4. Conduct and complete investigations as requested, within the turnaround times

5. Ensure client requirements are fulfilled as per SLA agreement
