Post: Service Desk Operator – Night Shift
Organization:Imperial - Jet Park, Gauteng
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

- To ensure the effective handling, logging and assigning of calls that come into the service desk,
whether via telephone or email or other.
- Act as a first point of contact for client and try and resolve calls on first contact wherever possible.
- Do basic support on issues logged to assist the client.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
- Client service – Tracking of calls. Feedback to client. Follow ups. Enhance relationships with clients.
- Administrative function - call handling and logging according to required standards.
- Support function – basic first line support to ensure speedy first contact resolution of issues logged.
