 Location:North West
Working on Fire is a Government-funded, Multi-Partner organization managed by FFA Operations
(Pty) Ltd that focuses on Integrated Fire Management, including fighting veld and forest fires: We are currently looking for a Admin Controller in Potchefstroom, North West.

Minimum Requirements


Grade 12 and Certificate in Office Administration or Office Administration Diploma. Computer literate in MS Office. Three to five years work experience. Knowledge of managing administration systems in a corporate office environment and knowledge in basic accounting. Good language and writing skills is important. Ability to meet deadlines; meticulous with spread sheets, vast attention to detail, and comfortable with dealing with people at all levels; Strong communication skills; Good telephone etiquette; Must be able to work under pressure.

Job Specification

All basic administration and general office functions: Formulation of documents, spreadsheets and presentations, Data capturing, Compile daily and monthly reports; Arrange transport and travelling allowances; Monitor vehicle usage reports; Collate and submit monthly provincial reports; Generate purchase orders; Keep account of the fuel usage of the organization’s vehicles, Issue and keep record of purchase orders, Assist the General Manager with Clerical and Administrative duties, Arrange meetings and keep record of meetings, perform general administration such as filing, faxing. Daily liaison with all provincial staff and stakeholders.
