GD is looking for Office Administrator/Receptionist who will be responsible for general office admin,
reception and recruitment. Prospective candidate should have these Personal Attributes:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong business and finance administration knowledge

Logical, systematic and organized approach - set up systems and procedures as required

Highly accurate and pays attention to detail

High work standards and passionate about excellent service and quality

Problem solver and lateral thinker

Independent Decision making and judgment

Work Independently as well as Team Player

Must be able to work under pressure

There will also be ad-hoc and project work such as you'd expect in a growing, dynamic company

Strong supervisory skills

Time management

Good command of English (both verbally and in writing)

This is a temporary position with a view for permanent after 3 months(Probation)

Job Requirements:
Matric

MS Excel and Word (Intermediate) - non negotiable

Ideally 3 years relevant experience.

Experience within Sales company would be an advantage.

Recruitment experience will be highly advantageous.
