We are currently establishing the team for this Canadian presence and have immediate full time opportunities in our Toronto office for the commercial operations and in our London office for the manufacturing operations.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports Financial Manager in the currently ongoing set up of our North American financial operations with primary focus on the Group ERP implementation, from order to collection, invoicing process, AP, AR, GL, Pay roll, cash management, tax filling forms and compliance, legal business registrations, etc.
- Set up and management of import (customs) activity to Canada and export to USA, Mexico and South America
- Assist Financial Manager in preparing financial statements and financial reports, and filing annual tax forms with the assistance of tax advisors for the annual income tax
- Prepare cash forecasting and cash flow analysis on a weekly basis
- Assist external audit process on a yearly basis
- Assure compliance with applicable taxes and duties, related to all the activities of importing and exporting of the company, and any periodic tax form filling (HST, Corporate Tax, etc.)
- The candidate will be taking care on a standalone basis of all the bookkeeping activities and accounting transactions of the legal entity, GL, AP, Payroll, Travel expenses, tax forms and import and export transactions.
- Complies with all applicable financial regulations and standards, including internal policies and procedures, in full coordination with the Corporate Finance team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Recognized accounting designation (i.e. CA, CGA, CMA);
- Contrasted experience (Minimum 5 years) in accountancy and overall bookkeeping transactions
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of progressive book keeping using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 management experience, ideally within a commercial production environment with export and import activities from Canada.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the full range of accounting management areas (i.e. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, , controllership, treasury, accounting and , planning and budgeting, systems and reporting);
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is a must
- Advanced experience with Excel spreadsheet software and other Microsoft Professional products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc);
- Highest ethical standards.
- Personal contributor having the strong desire and energy to roll-up his or her sleeves and make things happen;
- Ability to develop strong relationships with others on the team;
- Capacity to manage competing priorities, changing conditions and tight deadlines;
- Team player comfortable in a high paced high tech environment;

- High level of initiative. Demonstrated ability to recognize and anticipate what needs to be done;
