Starting up the PEERS project and
setting up the Trias office, which is backed by one Financial Administrative
Officer, are the main priorities in the first year. The Country Director is
further responsible for the smooth functioning and the performance of the Trias
office. He/she is responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the
development and management of Trias programmes in the country. He/she delivers
professional support to partner organizations and ensures transparent,
accountable and cost-effective management of programme resources. The Country
Director manages relationships with both local partner organizations and other
national & international stakeholders in the country.
