Experience:

  • minimum 5 years relevant sales and marketing experience
  • Duties Regular customer contact
  • Customer visit reports
  • Keep customer orders up to date with regular feedback
  • Supply sales forecasts to Product Managers
  • Gain product knowledge
  • Gain market knowledge
  • Promote full product list at customers
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Regular sales reports
  • Regular customer entertainment
  • Inter branch travel for sales meetings
  • Provide current and new clients with differentiated product solutions
  • Identify new opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Pro-actively source information from industry to gain an understanding of the processes
  • Ensure profit margin levels are maintained
  • Implementation of strategic plans for key/important accounts,
  • Conduct regular visits to key and important customers and,
  • Complete the necessary visit reports
  • Effectively implement price increases and maintain, monthly/quarterly price lists to customers
  • Effective involvement with Production, Logistics, Finance, Suppliers etc,
  • Annual budget preparations
