Duties:
Key Performance Areas
- Plan and manage product trails and the implementation of new explosive technologies.
- Document product performance on trials and project reports for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of operating and training manuals for new systems.
- Facilitate the training of company and mine personnel on new technology.
- Identify opportunities for new business and develop and grow existing customer base.
- Attend to customer queries and ensure speedy resolution of these queries.
- Proactively manage high risk customers and identify corrective measure
